Before stepping foot into Shark Bite Fitness, Micah—a physical therapist and former college athlete—felt burnt out, unsure, and honestly? Skeptical. Like so many others, she thought gyms like ours were just for elite athletes. Then she joined us for a Bring-a-Friend day, and everything changed.
Fast forward two years later… she’s down 50 pounds, ran her first half marathon, crushed PR lifts, tackled a Savage Race, and rediscovered the confidence to not only take on fitness, but life.
